    I would like to thank my representative Kenny for his excellent customer service and quick turnaround for a low mileage Corvette I was getting appraised before purchase. His knowledge on vehicles go past the expertise that’s required with appraisals because he also has years of valuable experience as a mechanic that allows him to go above and beyond the standard in this line of work.     Extremely happy with my results.   Kenny provided guidance through a process that not even my insurance agent or the employees of my insurance company were aware of.     By far this was the smoothest and fastest process I’ve had! Because of the circumstances I had to get my appraisal done the same day, Kenny realised the importance of that and worked his magic to get my appraisal in few hours only!!!

    I worked with Kenny Walters and i have to say, this man is wonderful. My insurance company was low-balling me after I totaled my car. I called Kenny and he was responsive and got to work right away. Then my insurance company was ducking and dodging all attempts to contact them so they wouldn't have to renegotiate a settlement. Kenny was persistent and finally got me a better deal including several thousand dollars more. But BEST thing about kenny is that despite all my frustrations with my insurance, he communicated and coordinated in a very prompt, efficient, and effective manner from start to finish.     Kenny was able to confirm my cars ‘s value so I didn’t feel like the insurance company took advantage of my total loss. Ultimately the insurance company was correct in their assessment, giving me a fair value.     First time experience with a car appraisal company was a little hesitant who to go to but I made the right choice here! Kenny made this the best experience possible. Got everything done and back to me within a couple hours. Talk about fast, Communication was very well, Super friendly overall great experience happy I decided to go with with this company!     This place is awesome! Kenny was able to keep me from getting screwed by the auto insurance company, he went above and beyond my expectations and didn’t expect payment until the work was done.     Thank you Kenny!  It’s so easy to give up when ins says. “ you can put in writing and arbitration “. Sounds complicated!  Hire Kenny fight the insurance settlement Kenny went from $29k to $33k  don’t let the ins co rip you off. Hire Kenny!  Best thing I’ve ever done! I wasn’t left hanging owing the bank.     The process could not have been easier. Kenny was quick, knowledgeable and great to work with. Price was also competitive and less than another source I called.
